The retreat will be held in Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula, located on the coastline between Victor Harbor and Goolwa. It has a gorgeous natural environment with a sandy beach, a protected cove, and magnificent coastal scenery. It’s a great spot to walk or swim in early autumn. There are a series of beautiful trails meandering around the cliffs of granite, making for a fantastic stroll. The township has historic buildings, shops, and cafes.
Accommodation
You’ll be staying in Beaumont House, a magnificent, near new holiday house only 100m from Boomer Beach.
The house features open plan living, a contemporary kitchen, reverse cycle air condtioning and heating, and an entertaining deck where the views are simply breathtaking.
Short walk to the shops at Port Elliot either via the road or the waterfront track around to Horseshoe Bay.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodation is shared, but that will only add to the sense of connection with other dance lovers that you’ll develop over the retreat. There are two bedrooms available with queen size beds if you prefer to have a room to yourself (additional $60 for these rooms).
Dance space
The dance activities will be held in the Port Elliot Institute, a spacious, heritage listed building in The Strand, right in the heart of Port Elliot.
