Jazz is a dance style that often involves complex foot work. It also layers the footwork with arm and head movements. And sometimes even hip or other body movements. All this develops a fantastic ability to coordinate the body, which is also excellent for your memory and ability to think quickly.
Jazz is a fast-paced dance style that will increase your cardio fitness, strength, and power. The class starts with a full body warmup that gets your heart rate up and works on your legs, abs, and arms. You’ll also find yourself doing some fast-paced footwork, as well as large and powerful movements like high kicks and leaps. But it’s not just about getting fit. It’s also about learning style. So your fitter physique and style will have you looking great and feeling more confident.

You can pay for our classes by taking out a membership
(choose from bronze, silver, gold or platinum, depending on how often you want to come to class).
